VTL

Vertical lathes of VTL series are used for carrying out processing operations within the scope of rolling and extruding of cylindrical, conical and curvilinear surfaces. The machines are equipped with one vertical support that optionally may be equipped with modular rotary spindle, enabling performance of additional milling and drilling operations on the detail. Processing activities and measurements are performed by means of CNC control that ensures efficient and effective automatic processing of details according to a technological programme.
Machine body is made as cast iron. It provides high geometrical stability of the lathe machines, as well as vibration damping efficiency in comparison to welded structures. VTL series lathe machines are also characterised by high weight, which in the model VTL 2000 amounts to over 38 tonnes.
